We accompanied the digital transformation of Walter, an undisputed leader in auto parts with over three decades in the market.

Challenges and Goals

Walter needed to evolve its digital presence and transform how it interacts with its network of distributors and retailers. The goal was to create a portal that combined a solid corporate image with a next-generation commercial catalog that is smart and connected to its operations in real time.

Digital identity and visual storytelling: We transformed the corporate website into an immersive brand experience that reflects the company’s evolution and leadership.

Interactive Catalog, E-Commerce Integration, and Connectivity: We unified interface design with data intelligence to build a browsable, highly visual product catalog fully synchronized with Flexxus and Promotive.

Technical product enrichment with Promotive

We integrated the platform with the Promotive API so that each suspension part is automatically enriched with detailed fitment data (vehicle make, model, and year).

Digital Activation & Gamification

World Cup Grand Prix

We capitalized on World Cup fever to create an engagement campaign connecting Walter Suspensión with its two key audiences: end consumers and its network of mechanics and installers. The main objective was to drive lead generation, incentivize purchases of partner brands, and reward customer loyalty across both physical retail points and digital channels.

Interactive Experience & Gamification

We developed an interactive, gamified web platform where users put their football knowledge to the test in a beat-the-clock trivia game.
  • Omnichannel Platform: Designed to perform seamlessly across the website, mobile devices (via web), and on an interactive Digital Kiosk installed at Walter's main headquarters.
  • Competition Mechanics: We implemented a real-time leaderboard tracking correct answers and response times to determine weekly and overall grand prize winners.

Incentive & Loyalty Strategy

We designed a business logic behind the game to boost the brand’s commercial objectives.
  • Segmentation: The system distinguished regular users from registered mechanics (validating their customer ID against the database), awarding extra game entries to the latter to strengthen relationships with the professional channel.
  • Sales Incentive: We integrated purchase invoice validation for sponsor brands to unlock additional entries, directly connecting the digital activation to counter sales.

Prize Engine & Algorithmic Management

  • Instant Wins & Leaderboards: We programmed an algorithmic module to distribute random instant-win prizes, alongside an automated leaderboard for weekly rewards and the overall historical grand ranking.
