What is UX/UI design?

Can you redesign the experience of an existing app?

Yes. We start with a heuristic audit and a review of usage data (analytics, store reviews, session recordings) to find where users drop off. We prioritize improvements by impact and validate them with prototypes before moving on to development.

How do you measure whether the design works?

We define metrics before designing: conversion rate, task completion, time to complete a flow, retention and satisfaction. We measure them in usability tests and after launch with GA4 and behavior tools like Microsoft Clarity.

Do you work on accessibility?

Yes. We design to WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines: contrast, touch target sizes, keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility.
